How Do I Record Streaming Audio With RealPlayer?

Please give the answer in details.
If there were a streaming or playing music/audio from my computer, how will I use my RealPlayer program to record the music/audio?
If you use the freecorder instead of the RealPlayer it will save to your computer as an mp3 file instead of a video. Check it out at http://applian.com/sound-recorder/
All you do is hit record, play the audio you want, and hit stop. It will record to a folder on your computer, open it.
