Does using a Digital Interface to record improve the sound quality?
Right now i just record using my computer’s sound card. Would a digital interface using firewire improve the sound quality?
Not necessarily.
It still depends on the source, & the same sound card is used whichever the interface.
It will, however, not have to use the analog to digital converter on the card.
